Former Delirious? member Stu Garrard (Stu G) and his The Beatitudes Project are featured on the cover of the May 15, 2017 edition of CCM Magazine. Garrard recently sat down, at length, with managing editor Kevin Sparkman to discuss details covering entire scope of the project, which includes an album (Beatitudesbuy), a book (Words From The Hillbuy), and a forthcoming film.

“Sometimes we trip over the words of Jesus when He says, ‘I am the way.’ But I think if we see ‘the way’ as what He laid out in the Sermon On The Mount, and especially the Beatitudes, I think that gives us a real practical thing of what the Christian life looks like. I was drawn to that kind of thing at a young age, actually. That’s always been my favorite portion of scripture,” says Garrard in his CCM Magazine cover story interview.

The May 15, 2017 edition also contains features from Matthew West as he recently released his first book through Worthy Publishing, Hello, My Name Is (buy), gospel artist and entrepreneur Kierra Sheard, a focus on new music from Capitol CMG artist and American Idol alum Mandisa and so much more! More new music reviews featuring Iron Bell Music‘s God That Saves (Essential Wrshp), Bethel Music‘s Josh Baldwin (The War Is Overbuy) and more!
